The Bund is a waterfront area in central Shanghai. It is one of the most famous destinations in Shanghai. Building heights are also restricted in the area. For this theme, we draw our inspiration in reminiscing of the old grandeur of the Bund in the 1930s and 1940s.

Shanghai was, and still is, a city famous for its  prosperity, transportation facilities and the seamless melding of western and eastern cultures. Hence, Shanghai is also known as the “Paris of the Orient”.
